Every call is recorded and available to watch on your own time. Because this isn't PT. Traditional PT gives you exercises. Hip Lab VIP gives you a system. There's a big difference between being handed a protocol and actually learning how to think about your hip — what it needs, when it needs it, and why. Most people who come to me have already done the exercises. What they haven't had is someone teach them the strategy behind the decisions. That's what we do here.
Yes, and here's why... A diagnosis tells you what something is called. It doesn't tell you why your hip behaves the way it does, what's driving your specific flares, or what to do about it. Most of what we cover in Hip Lab VIP is relevant regardless of whether you have an official label. If you have persistent hip pain that's affecting your life and you want to understand it, you belong here!
Possibly. Surgery is sometimes the right answer. But in my experience, most people are told they need surgery before they've ever had a real strategy. This program won't tell you whether or not to have surgery. What it will do is make sure that if you do pursue it, you go in educated, and if you don't need it, you'll have the tools to make real progress conservatively. Either way, understanding your hip is never the wrong first step.
The weekly live call is 60 minutes. Your structured exercise program inside the app is designed to be realistic — not a two-hour daily commitment. Most participants spend 15-20 minutes on their program on the days they train. The goal is something you can actually sustain, not something that adds stress to your life.
Because this is a live coaching program with limited spots, I don't offer refunds once the program begins. That said, I take the application process seriously — if I don't think this is the right fit for you, I'll tell you before you join. I'd rather have the right 12 people in the room than fill spots with people who aren't ready for this.
