I’m Jenna Loewer, DPT—founder of On Pointe Wellness and Rehab, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a lifelong movement lover.


For over a decade, I’ve helped dancers and everyday athletes overcome one of the most stubborn issues out there: hip impingement. From pre-pro performers to active adults, I’ve seen how confusing and frustrating hip pain can be—especially when you’re stuck between resting, pushing through, or considering surgery.
