I’ve spent years helping people in the Northern Virginia area move better and stay active.
Many local dancers, athletes, and active adults have attended my workshops and educational sessions.
I’m known for my work in dance medicine and chronic hip injuries, helping people understand the root cause of their pain.
My goal is to help you understand what’s contributing to your hip discomfort and guide you toward clear next steps.

I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and love helping people move and feel their best.
I’m a Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach and Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional, which allows me to take a more well-rounded approach to care.
I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and have a special interest in women’s health and whole-body movement.
My goal is to help you better understand what’s going on in your body so you can feel stronger, more confident, and supported in your recovery.
