Online Hip Programs: The Hip Lab, Coaching & Group | On Pointe Wellness
Online Programs & Virtual Care

You found me online. Here's how to work with me.

Distance shouldn't be the reason you don't get better. Every week people reach out after watching a video, listening to a podcast, or stumbling across something that finally made sense. Most aren't local. Most have already tried PT and felt let down. Here's how to work with us from wherever you are.

Three paths

Three different paths. One proven framework behind all of them.

Whether you want a DIY approach or weekly accountability, every program is built around the same four-phase process we use in the clinic: Calm. Optimize. Rebuild. Elevate. The path you choose determines the level of support. The framework always stays the same.

Self-Paced

The Hip Lab

Best for hip patients who want to do the work themselves, at their own pace.

A 4-phase self-paced program built from years of treating hip patients in the clinic. Lifetime access for one flat payment.

Group

The Hip Lab VIP

Virtual Coaching

Best for those who want personal guidance and accountability, 1-on-1.

Our most hands-on option. A 12-week accelerator: a 60-minute virtual evaluation, then weekly 1-on-1 coaching with a DPT, custom programming, and messaging support between calls. Includes everything in the tiers before it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will The Hip Lab work if I already had surgery?

The Hip Lab is built for non-surgical and post-surgical-recovery cases beyond the acute phase, for people who are ready for the movement re-education their traditional PT did not provide. If you are in the first few weeks post-surgery, you should begin with in-person Physical Therapy as prescribed by your doctor.

Do I get a refund if it does not work?

We do not offer refunds. The Hip Lab is delivered immediately, and lifetime access means you can return to it whenever you need. If you are unsure it is the fit, start with the free hip webinar or message us first.

How long does The Hip Lab take to complete?

Most clients work through the four phases over 8 to 12 weeks. The pace is yours; some finish in six weeks, others take six months.

What is the difference between virtual coaching and the Hip Lab VIP?

Virtual coaching is 1-on-1: a 12-week accelerator with weekly private sessions and fully individualized programming. The Hip Lab VIP is group-based: weekly live group calls and a shared structured program, for people who want guidance and community without the full 1-on-1 commitment.

Can these replace in-person PT?

For many cases, yes. For acute injuries, post-surgical work in the first weeks, or cases needing hands-on manual therapy, in-person is the better fit. We tell you straight on the discovery call.

I am outside the US. Can I work with you?

Yes. The Hip Lab, virtual coaching, and the Hip Lab VIP are all available worldwide.
